This is the weekend to do a minor chore at your home. Daylight savings time ends and we turn the clocks back 1 hour at 2a.m. Sunday. Most of us will do that Saturday night before we go to bed. Either way, this weekend is the time to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and test them to make sure they are in proper working order. They can save your life!
