On June 13 just after 10:30a.m. Mt. Penn was dispatched to the Mt. Penn Primary Center on N. 25th St. to investigate a reported collapse just inside the entrance doors. The mission of the Mt. Penn Fire Company is to protect the lives and property of the people of Mt Penn from fires, natural disasters, and hazardous materials incidents; to save lives by providing Rescue services; to prevent fires through prevention and education programs; and to provide a 100% Volunteer work environment that values health, wellness and cultural diversity and is free of harassment and discrimination.
