2024 was another typical year for Mt. Penn Fire Company. We answered a total of 685 calls for service, slightly down from 2023’s total. That averages just under 2 calls per day although it doesn’t actually work that way. Sometimes we may go for a few days with nothing and other days we are answering 4, 5 or more calls for service.
As 2025 gets under way we are looking forward to Fastnachts on March 1st and 2nd as well as delivery of the new Ladder 1 in the spring. Here’s a few pics from some our calls this past year.
