It’s that time of year when parents breathe a sigh of relief and kids are disappointed that there won’t be as much time to go to the pool or hang out with their friends. Yes, it’s time to go back to school! Several schools started this week while the rest are scheduled to start next week. No matter how you feel about it, keeping our children safe is a priority for all of us adults. You may see increased traffic, especially around and near schools and of course those bright yellow school busses and vans all over the place. Please take the time to slow down and be observant for stopped school vehicles and children crossing the streets.
