Assist to Lower Alsace on vehicle crash

On April 28 just after noon Mt. Penn was dispatched to assist Lower Alsace (Co4) on a vehicle crash into a house at 1015 Carsonia Ave. in the township.  A male was backing out of his driveway and lost control of the vehicle which struck a neighboring house causing significant damage.  Crews on scene pulled one line from the engine due to the leaking gasoline and other fluids down and also assisted EMS with removing the patient from the vehicle and packaging him for transport.  Crews cleared the scene in just a little over an hour later.
