Between May 6th and May 15th Mt. Penn responded to 3 vehicle crashes with entrapment, 1 in Lower Alsace Township with injuries and 2 in Alsace Township which were both fatal. All were preventable.
As the weather is warming and more people are out and about on errands, vacations and so on, we are urging all of you who drive to slow down, be observant of your surroundings, changing road and weather conditions and other vehicles. Don’t EVER drive under the influence or when excessively tired. ALWAYS wear your seat belt and be sure that everybody in the vehicle is wearing theirs. ARRIVE ALIVE!
