Hard to believe but Memorial Day is almost upon us! We hope that you will all take a break for a bit and remember the ultimate price that so many of our veterans made in order that we are able to enjoy so many freedoms today. Mt. Penn will be participating in the Exeter Memorial Day Parade on Monday from the Exeter High School to Forest Hills Cemetary where a short memorial service will be held.
Of course this weekend is also the unofficial start to summer which means many of us will be firing up the grill to have a cookout! We would like to remind you to keep your grill at least 3 feet away from your house, garage, landscaping or car so that nothing accidentally catches fire.
