Well it is almost summer! That means school is done, vacations begin and hopefully we can all return to our normal routines. As we enjoy nice weather and getting outside more we remind you to be careful in your activities whether you are grilling, driving or spending the day on the water. Always have the proper protective equipment in place such as life jackets, safety goggles & gloves, proper footwear & long pants. Drive carefully, lots of people are getting on the roads for the first time in a while.
As this Corona virus event winds down and things return to normal, the Mt. Penn Fire Company will also return to normal conditions. Visitors may come to the station to say hi and look around, we will discontinue doing event drive bys except for special cases and more extensive training will resume. We hope everybody enjoys a happy and healthy summer!
