On April 6 about 2:30p.m. L1 was dispatched as the RIT company for a reported structure fire involving a garage at 71 Fountain Dr. in Robeson Twp. Deputy 23 (Favinger) arrived and reported the structure, which was actually a storage shed, on the ground but a quickly spreading brush fire that was a result of the original fire. The responding companies quickly surrounded the fire and were able to contain it within 20 minutes. L1 was released shorty after and returned to station by 3:30p.m. The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.
